Lately there has been some confusion on basic phone communication.  Phone conversations, especially concerning business should be concise and clear.  Here are a few pointers on getting your mobile communications through effectively.

1-Keep your voice at a level volume…if you have to yell you are in the wrong location to conduct business or you need to settle down.

2-Keep focused on the issues at hand making your conversation no longer than ten minutes…after that you start to loose focus and you start to repeat yourself.

3-If your smart phone is more that five years old, it’s not smart enough and the transmission can be garbled.

4-Make sure you have pencil and paper at hand to take notes…not recommended while driving.

5-Take the gum and the food out of your mouth so that you can speak distinctly.  Your message or questions are important so don’t waste everybody’s time with unintelligible gibberish.

Landscaping: trim and replace damaged trees and shrubs as well as your all important irrigation systems.

Pavement: fill cracks in your driveway…maybe its time for new asphalt or gravel

Painting:  Outside protection from the sun is important here in Tucson and fresh paint is an important part of that equation.

There are many maintenance issues to home ownership in Tucson just like any other location so don’t pussyfoot around and get it done in the spring!

As we see the REO inventory flatten out, the scarcity of good buys on the market here have slowly increased prices.  This will be a slow steady appreciation so it is a good time to buy as well as a good time to sell.  I am talking about people who have a good reason or motivation to jump in the market.  New job, time to move up, need more space, need less space, personal family matters etc,etc etc…..Tucson is on the move and a great place to live.
